5 HARVESTED FROM THE NORDIC NATURE TOMMY S signature menu is filled with Nordic flavors, reflecting his Nordic and Finnish heritage. His harvest menu is celebrating ingredients from nature like chanterelles and cep mushrooms and root vegetables.
