Erasmus+ osallistujaraporttien kooste Aineistona ammatillisen koulutuksen vuoden 2014 suomalaisten Erasmus+ -liikkuvuushankkeiden osallistujaraportit: yhteensä 2804 vastaajaa: henkilöstö (590 hlöä) ja opiskelijat (2214 hlöä). CIMOn korkeakouluharjoittelija Jenni Hämäläinen koosti Mobility Tool+:sta saatavat osallistujaraporttien tiedot kesällä 2016. Kokonaisuutena osallistujien kokemukset todella positiivisia ja liikkuvuusjaksot on koettu hyödylliseksi ammatillisesti! Osallistujat ovat vastanneet kyselyyn englanniksi Esityksen lopussa ohje siihen, miten saat oman hankkeesi osallistujaraporttien tiedot MT+:sta.

Osallistujaraporttien kooste - Saat oman hankkeesi opiskelijaraporttien koosteen Mobility Tool+:sta zip-tiedostona, jossa omat CSV-tiedostot henkilöstön- ja opiskelijoiden raporteille. - Huom! CSV-tiedostot kannattaa tallentaa Excel-muodossa omalle koneelle.
Osallistujaraporttien kooste - Valmiita kuvioita tai prosenttiosuuksia Mobility Tool+ ei laske, vaan aineiston käsittely vaatii Excelin perustoimintojen hallintaa ja hieman aikaa. - Jotta saat Excelin helpommin luettavaan muotoon valitse Home -valikosta Format as table (muista laittaa täppä kohtaan My table has headers. - Excelissä näkyvät myös osallistujien henkilötiedot (nimi, syntymäaika ym.), mikä tulee muistaa aineiston käsittelyssä. - Tuloksia voi hyödyntää esim. sisäisessä viestinnässä johdolle / opiskelijoille ja henkilöstölle!
