Kaupan taustaa CapMan osti Moventaksen (ent. Metso Drives) Metsolta huhtikuussa 2005 CapManin omistusaikana Moventaksen myynnin kasvu on ollut erittäin nopeaa etenkin tuulivoimalavaihteissa Yhtiö on investoinut voimakkaasti ja on nyt valmis seuraavaan kasvuvaiheeseen Omistajapohjan laajentaminen tehostaa Moventaksen mahdollisuuksia valloittaa uusia markkinoita Palvelemme lisäksi rahastosijoittajiamme realisoimalla tähänastisen arvonkehityksen ja osallistumalla vähemmistöosuudella Moventaksen kehittämiseen myös jatkossa 29 January 2007 3
