2 Ammatillinen tietämys kasvattaa voimavaroja hammaslääkäreiden työpaikkajoukkueessa Ammattitaito ja osaaminen lisäävät työniloa! Tervetuloa uuden kurssikalenterin pariin. Straumannin vuoden 2016 kurssikalenteri syntyi teidän toivettenne pohjalta. Tarjolla on korkeatasoisia kursseja implanttikirurgiasta ja regeneratiivisista hoitomenetelmistä. Suomen Straumann aloittaa kurssivuoden heti helmikuussa loistavalla implanttihoidon suunnittelun kurssilla. Tämä kurssi on pyynnöstänne Kuopiossa. Kuopion lisäksi kursseja järjestetään Helsingissä ja Oulussa. Yhä mielenkiintoisempia kursseja järjestään lukuisten toimijoiden toimesta. Suomessa järjestettävät Straumannin kurssit ovat yhtä lukuun ottamatta suomenkielisiä. Tässä kalenterissa on esitelty myös muutamia kansainvälisiä kursseja, joissa aina on laaja kuulijakunta. SAC muodostuu sanoista Straightforward, Advanced ja Complex. SAC-menetelmä helpottaa kouluttajiamme luomaan kurssista sellaisen, joka vastaa sisällöltään kurssilaisten aiempaa tietämystä ja kurssin vaatimustasoa. STRAIGHTFORWARD ADVANCED COMPLEX Perustiedot Kirurgia implanttikirurgia, joka perehdyttää myös luun määrän huomioimiseen. Implanttikirurgia alueella, jossa esteettiset vaatimukset eivät ole tärkeimmällä sijalla. Protetiikka implanttiproteettiset hoidot ylä- ja alaleuassa, osapuutoksissa ja peittoproteesitarpeessa. Protetiikka implanttihoidot alueilla, joissa esteettiset vaatimukset eivät ole tärkeimmällä sijalla. Kirurgia implanttikirurgiaa vaativimpiin tapauksiin, joissa lisääntynyt komplikaatioriski. Protetiikka implanttihoidot sekä ylläpitohoito esteettisesti vaativalla alueella. Kirurgia implanttikirurginen hoito vaikeissa tapauksissa ja sellaisen implantointialueen käsittely, mikä vaatii luun muokkausta. 5 KUOPIO 5 HELMIKUUTA Implanttihoidon aloittaminen -KOKONAISVALTAINEN SUUNNITTELU, HOIDON TOTEUTUS KURSSIKUVAUS Käytännönläheinen kurssi implanttihoidon toteutuksesta. Kurssilla esitellään yksityiskohtaisesti implanttihoidon eri vaiheet kirurgiasta proteettiseen hoitoon. Käydään läpi laserhoitoa ja digitaalista hoidon kulkua omien kokemusten kautta. Käytännönläheistä opetusta, joka perustuu jokapäiväiseen kliiniseen työhön. KOHDERYHMÄ Hammaslääkärit TAVOITE Hoitotyössä tavoitteena on sekä toimiva, esteettinen että pitkään kestävä proteettinen ratkaisu. 7 HELSINKI 2 MARCH Botiss Academy AUGMENTATION PROCEDURES OF SOFT AND HARD TISSUE, PREDICTABLE IN DAILY PRACTICE GOAL As much as 50% of all implant treatments require some augmentation of bone or tissue in the esthetic zone even more than 50%. At the same time one of the most challenging procedures in implantology is the predictable and safe regeneration of bone and soft tissue defects. Depending on the defect s shape, careful selection from different graft materials and techniques should be aimed to achieve the best regeneration outcome. After a theoretical part discussing advantages and disadvantages of different augmentation techniques, a practical part is offered to experience handling properties of both hard and soft tissue botiss biomaterials. 9 OULU 15 HUHTIKUUTA Esteettinen implanttiprotetiikka - MATERIAALIT JA TYÖTAVAT RATKAISEVAT KURSSIKUVAUS Esteettiset vaatimukset ovat yhä suuremmassa osassa proteettista kokonaisuutta. Parhaan mahdollisen lopputuloksen aikaansaamiseksi on tärkeää tietää ja osata alan uusimmat menetelmät, tekniikat ja materiaalit. After five decades of research and development the potential to achieve a good aesthetic result has been improved. In these situations, the patients requirements and expectations has increased, particularly when it comes to replacing lost teeth in the aesthetic zone. How should you predictively determine the treatment outcome, so the expectations of the patients end up in a realistic way? How should you use the prosthetic solution for soft tissue management to achieve the best aesthetic result as possible? The lecture focuses on clinical cases, showing step by step instructions including how to shape the mucosa and also how to take a good impression. We struggle with problems as chip offs and fractured screws when it comes to major bridges and full bridges. In these restorations, the design of the restoration is of great importance. GIOVANNI ZUCCHELLI Patients aesthetic demand, due to the exposure, during smiling or function, of portions of the root surface, is the main indication for root coverage surgical procedures. Very often the most coronal millimeter/s of the root exposure is the only visible part of the recession when smiling, therefore the presence and/or the persistence after therapy, even of a shallow recession may be an aesthetic problem for the patient. Thus, complete root coverage, up to the cementoenamel junction, is the goal to be achieved when patient complains about the aesthetic appearance of his/her teeth. The coronally advanced flap has been used to treat single and multiple recession defects affecting adjacent teeth in patients with aesthetic demands. This surgical technique has been demonstrated to achieve complete root coverage in most of the patients irrespective to the number of recessions treated in each intervention. GOAL Treatment of gingival recession has become an important therapeutic issue due to the increasing number of cosmetic request from patients. Participants will learn about the adjunctive use of substitute material and biological mediators will be discussed.
