Ennen asennusta varmista asennusaukon alareunan painonkestävyys. Ovikokonaisuus painaa vähintään 00 kg. Before the installation make sure that the base of the installation site withstands the weight of the door (00 kg). Asennusaukon valmistelu Varmista, että ovielementti mahtuu asennusaukkoon. Suositeltu asennusvara on n. 0 mm/puoli (Adjufix kiinnikevaraus + 5 mm). Varmista, että asennusaukon alareuna on tasainen ja vaakasuorassa sekä kestää oven painon. Alareunan tasaamisessa voit käyttää apuna esimerkiksi Purenit-levyä. Kiilaus tasaisin välein, väli max. 400 mm. Preparing the opening Make sure that the door fits in the installation opening. The recommended installation margin is ca. 0 mm/side (Adjufix fastener margin + 5 mm). Make sure that the base of the installation opening is even and level and withstands the weight of the door. Ovilehden irroittaminen karmista. Avaa yläohjaimen ruuvi ja irrota yläohjain oven yläkulmasta. Removing the door leaf from the frame. Open the screw to detach the top guide in the top corner of the door. 0

. Mikäli sulkeutumisen hidastin kuuluu kokoonpanoon, irrota se poistamalla ruuvi ja vedä hidastin ulos.. Irrota liukukiskonpätkä poistamalla ruuvi ovikehyksen yläkulman alapinnalta ja napauta liukukiskonpätkää kevyesti päältä muovivasaralla. 4. Siirtäkää ovilehti auki-asentoon. Varokaa, ettei ovilehti kaadu! 5. Kallistakaa ovilehteä hieman yläreunasta. 6. Irroita ovilehti kehyksestä ja aseta ovi naarmuttamattoman alustan päälle.. If soft close module is part of the assembly, remove it: remove the screw and pull out the module.. Remove the short piece of a slide by removing a screw from the bottom surface of the top corner and tapping the side of the slide gently with a plastic hammer. 4. Slide the door open. Warning! Make sure that the doorleaf does not fall! 5. Tilt the door leaf a little from the top. 6. Detach the door from the frame and place it on a non-scratching surface.

Ovikarmin osien irroitus siirtoa varten. Irrota ovikarmin kynnyspeitteen kiinnitysruuvit ja poista kynnyspeite.. Irrota karmin lukkopuolen peitekotelo kuvan mukaisella kahden käden otteella vetäen sisäänpäin mikäli se on asenennettuna. Käytä tarvittaessa kumipintaisia käsineitä otteen varmistamiseksi.. Irrottakaa karmin tuet varmistaen ettei karmi kaadu. Detaching the parts of the doorframe for relocation.. Open the screws of the doorstep cover and remove the cover.. Detach the lockside cover of the frame (if installed) with a two hand grip as described in the picture by pulling inwards. You can use rubbery gloves to get a better grip, if necessary.. Remove the supports of the frame, but make sure that the frame does not fall.

PUR0x68 Adjufix karmikiinnikkeiden kiinnitys päätyihin. Ruuvaa Adjufix-karmikiinnikkeet karmin ulkokehälle vasempaan ja oikeaan päätyyn. Ovikarmin siirto ja asennus. Jos et tiivistä karmeja polyuretaanilla, asenna kaksi Iso-Bloco One -tiivistenauhaa karmin sivuille ja yläreunaan ulkokehälle.. Siirtäkää karmi oviaukkoon käyttäen turvalliseen siirtoon tarvittava määrä työntekijöitä.. Karmin alareunan korkeus suhteessa valmiiseen lattiapintaan on oltava suunnitelman mukainen. Varmista vesivaa alla karmin vaakasuoruus. 4. Varmista karmin keskitys sivusuunnassa ennen alareunan ruuvausta. The transfer and installation of the door frame. Lasin asentaminen. Varmista ristimitat.. Mikäli lasituslistat ovat paikoillaan irroita lasilistat joka sivulta muovivasaralla kevyesti kopauttamalla.. Nostakaa lasi paikoilleen alareunasta alkaen. 4. Laita lasilistat paikoilleen. Ennen listojen asennusta varmista ikkunan keskitys. 5. Painele sisäpuolen tiiviste paikalleen lasilistan ja lasin väliin. Installing the glass. Check the cross-measurements.. If the glazing beads are in place, tap gently with a plastic hammer to remove them.. Lift the glass in place starting from the bottom edge. 4. Check that the window is center aligned. Put the glazing beads in place. 5. Press the retro-fit gasket in place between the glazing bead and the glass. 4 5 7

Ovilehden asennus. Varmista, että toinen yläohjaimista on paikoillaan.. SoftClose (optio): Varmista että SoftClose-mekanismin kaasujousi on mekanismin sisällä. Työnnä SoftClose paikalleen ja lukitse 4,x ruuvilla. Varmista, että Soft- Close-vastapala on asennettu yläjohteen uraan.. Nosta ovilehti paikoilleen ja siirrä asentoon, jossa yläohjuri pitää oven paikoillaan. Varmista ovilehden yläpuolisten tiivisteiden kohdistus ja pyörästön kulku kiskojen päällä. Katso kuva. Ovilehden tulisi liikkua kevyesti. 4. Asenna yläohjain paikalleen ja kiinnitä ruuveilla (4,x). Ruuvaa yläohjurin jatkopala paikoilleen. The installation of the door leaf. Make sure that one of the top guides is in place.. SoftClose (optional): Make sure that the gas spring is pushed in the mechanism. Put the SoftClose in place and attach with screws (4,x). Make sure, that the SoftClose part is attached to the top guide.. Lift the door leaf in place so that the top guide keeps it in place. Check the alignment of the gaskets above the door leaf and the movement of the wheels on rails. See picture. The door leaf should be easy to move. 4. Attach the top guide with screws (4,x). Attach the extension piece of the top guide in place. 4 9

Ovilehden lasin asennus. Nostakaa ensin ovilehden lasin alareuna paikoilleen käyttäen turvalliseen siirtoon tarvittavaa määrää työntekijöitä. Varmista ennen nostoa, että lasin kannatuskiilat ovat paikoillaan.. Kiinnitä ovilehden lasilistat muovivasaralla naputellen.. Painele sisäpuolen tiiviste paikalleen lasilistan ja lasin väliin. Installing glass on door leaf. First lift the bottom edge of the glass in place using adequate number of people for safe transfer. Before lifting make sure that the glass supporting wedges are in place.. Attach the glazing beads of the doorleaf by tapping them with a plastic hammer..
