Todella hieno kokemus. Juha Nuutila, toimitusjohtaja, ProAgria Keskusten liitto Teknologiayritykselle Cusumanon (MIT) ajatukset osuivat ja upposivat. Sami Ensio, toimitusjohtaja, Innofactor Oyj Koko viikko on ollut erinomaisen stimuloiva. Parasta on ollut, että olemme pystyneet ryhmänä tekemään päätökset ideoiden käyttöönotosta. Juhani Vanhala, hallituksen puheenjohtaja, Fira Oy Saimme myös ideat käsiteltyä kuumina ja päätökset niiden soveltamisesta on jo tehty. Viikko on ollut tosi inspiroiva. Cusumano is the Sloan Management Review Distinguished Professor of Management at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology's Sloan School of Management, He specializes in advanced strategic management, product development, and entrepreneurship in the computer software industry, as well as automobiles and consumer electronics. Professor Cusumano received a B.A. degree from Princeton in 1976 and a Ph.D. from Harvard in 1984. He completed a postdoctoral fellowship in Production and Operations Management at the Harvard Business School during 1984-86. He is fluent in Japanese and has lived and worked in Japan for seven years, and received two Fulbright Fellowships and a Japan Foundation Fellowship for studying at Tokyo University. He has been a visiting professor at Imperial College, Tokyo University, Hitotsubashi University, the University of St. Gallen, and Ludwig Maximilians University. He has consulted for some 90 companies and organizations around the world, including Alcatel, Amadeus, AOL, ARM, AT&T, BMC Software, Business Objects, Cisco, Ericsson, Fiat, Ford, Fujitsu, GE, Fidelity, Verizon, Hitachi, Huawei, i2 Technologies, IBM, Intel, Lucent, Motorola, NASA, NEC, Nokia, NTT Data, Philips, Robert Bosch, Schlumberger, Siemens, Texas Instruments, and Toshiba. He is a former director of Patni Computer Systems (NYSE: PTI, www.patni.com, sold to igate-apax in 2011 for $1.2 billion) as well as several other public and private companies. He is on the advisory board of Fixstars Corp. (www.fixstars.com), a Japanese developer of high-performance computing applications relying on video-game microprocessors and blade servers. He has served as editor-in-chief and chairman of the MIT Sloan Management Review and writes a column on Technology Strategy and Management for Communications of the ACM. He was named one of the most influential people in technology and IT by Silicon. com in 2009. TUESDAY, April 5th 8.30-17.00 Innovations and how they drive business models Professor Raphael Amit, The Wharton School Raphael ( Raffi) Amit is the Robert B. Goergen Professor of Entrepreneurship and a Professor of Management at the Wharton School. Dr. Amit founded and leads the Wharton Global Family Alliance (WGFA), a unique academic-family business partnership established to enhance the marketplace advantage and the social wealth creation contributions of global families through thought leadership, knowledge transfer and the sharing of ideas and best practices among influential global families. He also serves as the Academic Director of Wharton Entrepreneurship which encompasses all of Wharton s entrepreneurial programs. Dr. Amit holds B.A. and M.A. degrees in Economics, and received his Ph.D. in Managerial Economics and Decision Sciences from Northwestern University s Kellogg Graduate School of Management. Dr. Amit s current research and teaching interests center on the design of business models and on business strategy. He has published extensively in leading academic journals and is frequently quoted in a broad range of practitioner outlets. Professor Amit has held a range of management and Board of Directors positions in various companies. He served as Chair of the Board of Directors of Creo Products Inc. for 6 years. (NASDAQ: CREO until May 2005 when it was acquired by Kodak.) Professor Amit has helped form the Korean Global IT Fund, a $100 million VC fund and has served as the first Chairman of the KGIF Advisory Board. He has served on the Board of Directors of Alvarion Ltd. a wireless communication equipment company, and has been a member of the Audit and Compensation Committees of Alvarion. 4

Before joining Blackstone in 2011, Mr. Ogg was the Chief Human Resources Officer for Unilever based in London. Prior to Unilever he was Senior Vice President, Leadership, Learning and Performance at Motorola. Before his corporate roles, Mr. Ogg worked as a consultant with Dove Associates, The VIA Consulting Group, Inc which he was co-founder, and The Center for Leadership Studies. He began his career as a line officer in the U.S. Coast Guard doing rescue work at sea. Mr. Ogg received a Bachelor's Degree in Mathematics from the United States Coast Guard Academy, a Master's Degree in Human Development from George Washington University, and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University. He has served on the Board of The Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in The Netherlands, as Vice Chairman of the European Academy for Business in Society, and BBH Advertising in London. Mr. Ogg has served as a senior advisor and consultant a great variety of companies in many industries.
