20.4.2015 SUOMALAISET JA HORISONTTI 2020 -OHJELMA Tiedot perustuvat Euroopan komission 25.2.2015 päivättyyn tietokantaan hakemuksista ja hankkeista. Hakemustietokanta sisältää noin 85 % vuoden 2014 hauista. Kaikista rahoitettavaksi hyväksytyistä hakemuksista ei ole vielä allekirjoitettu sopimuksia. Vain noin 54 % rahoitettavaksi hyväksytyistä suomalaisosallistumisista on ehtinyt sopimusvalmisteluiden loppuun ja sopimukset on allekirjoitettu. Horisontti 2020 -ohjelmaan lähetettiin kaikkiaan 25 903 hakemusta, joissa oli 101 476 osallistumista. Suomesta hakukriteerit täyttäneitä hakemuksia lähti 1 648, ja niissä oli yhteensä 2 340 suomalaisosallistumista. RAHOITETTAVAT OSALLISTUMISET (alustavaa tietoa) Rahoitettavien osallistumisten lista antaa hyvän arvion tulevasta rahoituksesta. Varalistalta voi kuitenkin nousta uusia hankkeita rahoitettavaksi, ja joskus hanke saattaa kariutua sopimusvalmisteluvaiheessa. Saamme siis Horisontti 2020 -ohjelmasta hieman enemmän kuin siihen laskennallisesti maksamme. Palautuskerroin 1,1 Onnistumisprosentti: 14,2 % suomalaisista hakijoista pääsi rahoitettavien listalle. EU-maiden keskiarvo oli 16,75 %. Kilpailu on Horisontti 2020 -ohjelmassa kiihtynyt laskevan kansallisen rahoituksen, entistä avoimempien hakujen sekä haastelähtöisyyden myötä.
