Työelämän tärkeät taidot - onnistumiset Onnistumisen tunteeseen yhdistettiin useimmiten: 1. Johtajuuteen ym. yleistaitoihin liittyvät taidot Tärkeimmäksi taidoksi nousi esille yritystoiminnan perusteiden tuntemus. Esimerkiksi taito suunnitella ja hallita ajankäyttöä koettiin myös tärkeäksi. 2. Metsäalan osaaminen Metsä- ja suoekosysteemien hoidon ja ennallistamisen osaaminen nousi tärkeimpänä esille, mutta myös metsäteknologia ja logistiikka sekä liiketaloudellinen metsäekonomia korostuivat. 3. Ihmissuhteisiin liittyvät taidot Ryhmätyö- ja sosiaaliset taidot korostuivat erityisen selkeästi Edellisten lisäksi yksittäisenä taitona vastauksissa painottui yleisiin akateemisiin taitoihin kuuluva kyky itsenäiseen työskentelyyn.
