3 QMG - A Dedicated, Capable, and Versatile Contractor Our building services cover the full array of mechanical, electrical, and sprinkler systems contracting. Our typical projects in Finland are commercial buildings, logistics facilities, office spaces, schools, and hospitals. Most of our projects are residential buildings and nursing homes. Some of our subsidiaries are specialised in modular buildings. In the Russian market our focus is on large industrial projects. We offer both subcontract and full contract services. We are competent in turn-key and design build contracts. We always pursue a quick and cost-effective implementation. We are proud to deliver our projects on time and within budget. 5 Russian Operations Our services in Russia cover all mechanical and electrical services from boiler plants to gas fire extinguishing systems, and from 20 kv substations to extra-low voltage systems. We are capable of Design Build contracting. We operate throughout the Russian Federation and focus on industrial objects. Our clients represent the food, pharmaceutical, and car industries. We have our own Design Department. We are experienced in Value ngineering. Our Procuring Department imports main equipment directly from vendors in urope. 8 Quattro Mikenti Group Key Person Model Key Persons are minority shareholders in their own company. Our Key Persons include managing directors and other managers. For the Client, our Key Person Model guarantees independent managerial control, more reliability, flexibility, business agility, and competitive prices. Our subsidiaries are characteristically local entrepreneurial companies. However, they are backed up by our group organisation. We combine our efforts in procurement, finance, human resources management, and ICT support. ach of our subsidiaries is owned by Key Persons and other private individuals. The parent company Quattro Mikenti Group Ltd is owned by Adelis quity Partners and QMG staff. 8

9 Ownership in QMG Adelis quity Partners Ltd acquired the majority of Quattro Mikenti Group parent company stocks in March The Quattro Mikenti Group parent company is currently owned by Adelis quity Partners Ltd (70 %), QMG staff (20 %), and Mr. Henri Juva (10 %). QMG staff were offered the chance to become shareholders in the parent company in April Concurrently, the Key Persons retained their ownership of the subsidiaries. This makes QMG one of the few companies in its field owned by its employees. Adelis quity Partners is a Nordic capital investor. Its funding comes from Nordic institutions, and international institutional investors. In Finland Adelis owns the majority of Puuilo, and MedGroup. The Adelis HQ is in Stockholm, Sweden. Its Finnish operations are headed by Mr. Rasmus Molander, a shareholder and a Finnish national.
