Lisäksi viitataan tämän raportin lukuun 4.2. Virtausruusu Virtausruusun tarkoitus on osoittaa ymmärrettävällä tavalla virtauksen nopeus ja suunta kussakin syvyydessä. samankeskiset kehät ovat,5 m/s:n välein uloin kehä merkitsee aina virtausnopeutta,3 m/s; kesäkuussa ei ollut,3 m/s suurempia virtausnopeuksia kehien arvot on merkitty astetta akselin viereen virtauksen suunta on piirretty kulkemaan virtausruususta ulospäin kriittinen sektori on 12 ja 21 asteen välissä ja,3 m:n ulkopuolella; se on merkitty katkonaisella ruskealla viivalla mittaussyvyyttä osoittavat värit on kerrottu värien selityksessä ruusun oikealla puolella 3D-diagrammi 3D-diagrammin tarkoitus on ensisijaisesti osoittaa virtauksen suunta veden syvyysfunktiona ja täten näyttää virtausten kolmiuloitteisuus. pystyakseli osoittaa veden syvyyden metreissä molemmat vaaka-akselit osoittavat virtauksen nopeutta m/s pystysuora punainen sektori osoittaa kriittisen sektorin syvyyden suhteen keskelle punaisen elementtiin kiinnitetty pystysuora musta taso osoittaa pohjoiseen ja sen pituus osoittaa korkeimman ja matalimman mittauspisteen välistä matkaa 3D diagrammin väriskaala on sama kuin virtausruusussa Virtausasiakirjat Kukin virtaustarkkailuasiakirja sisältää asiaan liittyvät tiedot, jotka on kirjattu avustavalla aluksella virtausmittausten aikana. Kommentit on otettu huomioon tässä raportissa esitetyssä analyysissä.

Havainnot Tärkeimmät virtausprofiileista tehdyt havainnot ovat seuraavat: Yleensä virtausnopeudet ylemmissä kerroksissa ovat hieman suurempia kuin alemmissa kerroksissa; Pohjan läheiset (alle 5 metriä merenpohjan yläpuolella) virtausnopeudet ovat yleensä hyvin pieniä, alle,1 m/s, ja aina alle kriteerin,3 m/s. Huhtikuun 9. 11. päivinä virtausnopeudet vesipatsaan alaosassa olivat hieman suurempia kuin sen yläosassa, ollen kuitenkin vain noin,12,15 m/s; Virtausnopeuden vaihtelut vesipatsaan eri osissa ovat merkittäviä. Johtopäätökset Yhteenvetona esitämme johtopäätöksen, että virtausnopeudet olivat pieniä ja että ammusten raivaus hoidettiin asiaa koskevien lupaehtojen mukaisesti. Mitatut virtausnopeudet ovat YVA:ssa mainittujen ennustettujen nopeuksien rajoissa eivätkä anna aihetta muuttaa YVA:ssa esitettyjä arvioita tai sen jälkeen tehtyjä ammuskohtaisia arvioita. Mainitut päivämäärät ovat päiviä, jolloin raivausyrityksiä tehtiin, ja viimeinen päivämäärä on se, jolloin raivaus onnistui. Ammusten F9, F1, F15B, F12, F17, F37 ja F38 raivaaminen vaati kaksi yritystä, ammusten F13 ja F14 kolme yritystä. Ammusten F39 ja F27 oletettiin alun perin tulleen raivatuksi jo huhtikuussa, mutta lopputarkastus ennen ammusjäänteiden nostamista antoi aihetta huoleen, ja nämä ammukset raivattiin lopullisesti toukokuussa. Liite 4.3 Virtausten seuranta, toukokuun raivaukset Johtopäätökset Yhteenvetona esitämme johtopäätöksen, että virtausnopeudet olivat pieniä ja että ammusten raivaus hoidettiin asiaa koskevien lupaehtojen mukaisesti. Mitatut virtausnopeudet ovat YVA:ssa mainittujen ennustettujen nopeuksien rajoissa eivätkä anna aihetta muuttaa YVA:ssa esitettyjä arvioita tai sen jälkeen tehtyjä ammuskohtaisia arvioita. F8 - Tungsten Virtausmittarien toimintahäiriön takia ei virtausnopeuksia voitu mitata ennen ammuksen F8-Tungsten räjäyttämistä kohdassa KP 238.668. Virtausmittauksia kuitenkin tehtiin ammuksen F9 Gold kohdalla sijainnissa KP 238.596 noin klo 6 aamulla 3.5.21, 12 tuntia ennen ammuksen F8 Tungsten räjäyttämistä noin klo 18 samana päivänä 3.5.21. Tukialukselta tehtyjen säähavaintojen mukaan säässä ei päivän kuluessa tapahtunut merkittäviä muutoksia, ja se on perusteluna lausumalle, että virtausolot olivat räjäyttämisen kannalta hyväksyttäviä myös klo 18. Mittauksilla varmistettiin, ettei meressä ollut voimakkaita Viroon päin suuntautuvia virtauksia. Tulokset on esitetty aikajärjestyksessä (ei ammusten F-numeron mukaisessa järjestyksessä). Mittausmenetelmä on selostettu liitteen 4 alussa. Mainitut päivämäärät ovat päiviä, jolloin raivausyrityksiä tehtiin, ja viimeinen päivämäärä on se, jolloin raivaus onnistui. Ammusten F38D ja F38E raivaus vaati kaksi yritystä. Havainnot Tärkeimmät virtausprofiileista tehdyt havainnot ovat seuraavat: Yleensä virtausnopeudet ylemmissä kerroksissa ovat hieman suurempia kuin alemmissa kerroksissa; Pohjan lähellä (alle 5 metriä merenpohjan yläpuolella) virtausnopeudet ovat yleensä hyvin pieniä, alle,1 m/s, ja aina alle kriteerin,3 m/s; Suurin virtausnopeus mitattiin välivedessä 8 kesäkuuta; Virtausnopeuden vaihtelut vesipatsaan eri osissa ovat merkittäviä. Liite 4.4 Virtausten seuranta, kesäkuun raivaukset Johtopäätökset Yhteenvetona esitämme johtopäätöksen, että virtausnopeudet olivat pieniä ja että ammusten raivaus tehtiin asiaa koskevien lupaehtojen mukaisesti. Mitatut virtausnopeudet ovat YVA:ssa mainittujen ennustettujen nopeuksien rajoissa eivätkä anna aihetta muuttaa YVA:ssa esitettyjä arvioita tai sen jälkeen tehtyjä ammuskohtaisia arvioita. 163-MUN-IRF-153 Nord Stream Pipeline Project Observations: Barrels 1. Barrel has remained in original position as per the As Found Survey on completion of disposal of target. 2. On final inspection of the barrel it became evident that the overall integrity of the barrel had been compromised. The original as left survey had to be abandoned due to poor visibility. One explanation may be that during the survey in poor visibility the tether came into contact with the barrel causing the initial damage. Another is that this could have been caused by thruster down wash caused by the larger work class ROV. It is also likely that this has allowed the further damage to occur as the fragile nature of the structure of the barrel is evident. 3. It is also worth noting that the sediment within the barrel would indicate that the barrel was in some way compromised before this incident and as such unlikely to have contained any other liquid than sea water. If any content release has taken place it is likely to have occurred prior to the disposal of the target due to the weak infrastructure of the barrel material around the seam wealds. 4.
