Maper Oy on kotimainen venttiilinvalmistaja (vuodesta 1989, 25 V), jonka keskeinen markkina-alue on Suomi, Pohjoismaat sekä Eurooppa. Tehtaamme sijaitsee hyvien liikenneyhteyksien varrella Tampereella. Maper Oy:n ydintoiminta perustuu tekniseen osaamiseen ja ratkaisukeskeiseen asiakaslähtöisyyteen. Asiakkaitamme ovat paperi- ja kartonkiteollisuus, prosessiteollisuus, laitevalmistajat ja muut venttiilien valmistajat. Maper Oy valmistaa purettavia, haponkestäviä ja teräksisiä palloventtiileitä. Tuotannossamme valmistuvat tehokkaasti niin toimilaitteilla kuin rajoillakin olevat palloventtiilit. Henkilökunnan ammattitaitoisella toiminnalla ja tuotteidemme laadukkaalla seurannalla ( ISO 9001:2008 PED 97/23/ EC MODUULI H) olemme saavuttaneet asiakkaittemme luottamuksen jo 25 vuoden ajan. MAPER Ltd is a domestic valve manufacturer (since 1989, 25 years), the main market area is Finland, the Nordic countries and Europe. Our factory is located in Tampere, with good transport links. MAPER s main operating principles are based on technical expertise and solution-oriented customer focus. Our clients include paper and board industries, process industries, device manufactures and other valves producers. MAPER Ltd produces take apart, acid-proof and stainless steel ball valves. IFM RAJAKATKAISIJAT / IFM SWITCHES MAPER Oy toimittaa venttiili toimilaitepaketit myös IFM:n rajakatkaisijoilla. Ohjelmassamme kaikki IFM:n induktiiviset rajat. Vuonna 1992 ifm electornic kehitti standardin, jota useimmat johtavat toimilaitevalmistajat nykyäänkin noudattavat. Toimilaitteen karalle asennetaan pyöreä tunnistuskiekko, josa on kaksi toisiinsa nähden 9 kulmassa sijaitsevaa metalliruuvia. Ruuvit sijaitsevat eri korkeuksilla. Kompakti kaksikanavainen lähestymiskytkin (tyyppi IND), jossa on sisäänrakennettuna kaksi induktiivista anturia, tunnistaa venttiilin asennosta riippuen joko ylemmän tai alemman ruuvin (venttiili auki - ja kiinni -asennot). Se viihtyy hyvin vaikeissakin olosuhteissa laite voi olla myös itsepuhdistava. Perinteisiin ratkaisuihin verrattuna anturi onmyös selvästi kevyempi. Anturit kestävät hyvin myös mekaanisia rasituksia kuten tärinää ja iskuja. Toimilaitteen päälle asennettava hattu Induktiivinen anturi 413

MAPER Valves has various solutions and designs that give best possibilities to you. MAPER Valves are used at various paper mills, food & beverage factories and energy plants. MAPER Valve is standard component at Metso Paper machines. MAPER valves are made from steeltube not from casting. Because of that there is no hol-lows or other weakenings at the body of the valve. So the connec-tions are one size bigger than the ball port. This must be check when make flow calculations. Full bore has the same size ball port as the connection pipe and the flow drop is minimum. You can choose all connections to both of the types. You can even change the end to diffrent types at the valve. STEM ASSEMBLIES All MAPER valves has blowout-proof stems. The stem is installed inside of the valve body. The sealing is PTFE-C. All sealings can be chan-ged whe the ball is taken out. If after heavy use there is leak at stem axle you can retight the nut that keeps the pressure to the seals. This can be do-ne even when the valve is in use. You only loose the tab washer that secure the nut and then tight the nut and bent the tab back to correct position. MAPER Valve is right choice when quality is number ONE. 144
