ILMOITUS 1980-luvulla rakennetussa hyväkuntoisessa talossa on pinta-alaa noin 250m2. Lämmitysmuotona oli aiemmin pellettilämmitys. Työläs pelletti Vuonna 1980 valmistuneen talon alkuperäinen lämmitysmuoto oli puu. Talon seinustan luukusta kipattiin kellariin säännöllisesti klapeja, joilla talo lämmitettiin aina vuoteen 2006 asti. Sitten vanhemmiltaan talon perinyt nykyinen isäntä päätti siirtyä astetta modernimpaan lämmitykseen, pellettiin. Pellettikattilan vieressä sijaitsevaan metallisäiliöön lapioitiin neljä kertaa viikossa pellettejä klapiluiskan kylkeen tehdystä pellettilaarista. Säiliöstä pelletit siirtyivät ruuvikuljettimella varsinaiseen kattilaan. Itse pellettikattilaa ja poltinta käytiin tarkistamassa päivittäin, ja pieniä huoltoja jouduttiin tekemään vuosien kuluessa yhä useammin. Lopulta isännän mitta tuli täyteen.
