5 01 The tray can be found in box marked 1/1. Place the tray in the location for its future use. Disassemble the tray skirt by unscrewing the screw covers and the removing the screws. 6 04 Assemble the other rear panel in the same manner. When completed, place the rear unit onto the tray. The entire rear unit should be able to stand upright by itself. 7 07 ST4x35mm The rail profiles can be found in box marked 3/3. Install the top and bottom rail profiles to the side panels using the ST4x35mm screws. Attach the side panel gaskets (length of 181cm) to the side panels while paying attention to the direction of the blade. The gasket blade should be face towards inside the cabin, as shown in the image. 181cm Sivuprofiilien tiivisteet löytyvät laatikosta 3/3. Kiinnitä tiivisteet profiileihin. Tiivisteen reunan pitäisi osoittaa kohti kaapin sisäpuolta kuten kuvassa. 7

9 13 1 The cabin doors can be found in the box marked 3/3. To assemble the doors, tilt and slide the door into the cabin while paying attention to the direction of the UP arrows and door handle holes. First place the upper wheels on the inner grooves of the upper aluminium profile. Then press down on the knob located on the bottom wheels while pushing the wheels into the grooves of the bottom profile. Kaapin ovet löytyvät laatikosta 3/3. Ovipyörät on kiinnitetty valmiiksi. Asenna lopuksi oven magneettitiivisteet paikoilleen. 15 Use a screwdriver to adjust the height level of the doors, as shown in the image. The doors should open and close smoothly. When the doors are closed, there should not be any gap between the magnetic gaskets. Säädä ovipyöriä siten, että ovet sulkeutuvat pehmeästi ja tiiviisti. 10 16 The door handles can be found in the accessory box. Install the door handles as shown in the image while using the silicon gaskets to protect the glass. Do not over tighten the screw when fastening the handles to the glass. Kiinnitä vetimet paikoilleen ja muista suojata lasi silikonitiivisteillä.. Älä ylikiristä ruuveja. 17 Before fastening the cabin with screws, make sure that aluminium profiles on all sides are well-fitted and flush. Use a rubber mallet to make sure that all top corners on each side is square, as shown in the image. Ennen kaapin kiristämistä täytyy varmistaa, että alumiiniprofiilit ovat paikoillaan.varmista ylänurkkien suoruus esimerkiksi kumivasaralla. 18 a b c Fasten and secure the cabin body using the ST4x8mm screws provided. Holes must be drilled through the aluminium profiles in the locations shown in the image. Use the pre-drilled holes as guides when drilling new holes so that the glass is not damaged. After the screws are fixed, use the provided screw caps to cover the screw heads. a b c 1 Kiristä kaapin runko ST4x8 mm ruuveilla. Poraa reiäit alumiiniprofiileihin kuten kuvassa. 11 19 Secure the cabin body to the tray using the hex bolt and washer set provided. Pre-drilled holes are located in the left and right corners of the tray. The metal washer should be under the silicon washer, as shown in the image. Insert the hex bolt from the bottom of the tray, through the hole, and up into the side aluminium profile. Use the provided hex key to tighten the bolt. Kiinnitä kaapin runko suihkualtaaseen kuten kuvassa. Esiporatut reiät sijaitsevat suihkualtaan vasemmassa ja oikeanpuoleisessa nurkassa. A hole must be drilled on the upper aluminium bar. Use the correct distance when drilling to avoid damaging the glass. Pay attention to the orientation of the shower head holder before assembling. 935mm Ø3.2mm ST4x10mm Aloita suihkusetin asennus kiinnittämällä suihkutanko paikoilleen kuvan osoittamalla tavalla. Reikä on porattava ylempään alumiiniprofiiliin. Älä vaurioita lasia reikiä poratessasi. 21 Assemble the tray skirt back onto the tray using the screw sets provided. Attention This shower cubicle is 100% water tight. Some drops of water may be spilled outside of the tray. Do not use silicon on any part of the cabin in order to prevent water leakage.
