EHDOTUKSET SFS-STANDARDEIKSI Ei ole ehdotuksia SFS-standardeiksi EHDOTUKSET VIRANOMAIS- MÄÄRÄYKSIKSI JA -OHJEIKSI SÄTEILYTURVAKESKUS Säteilytoiminnnan valvonta Säteilyturvakeskuksen päätös 2/3005/ 2014, Röntgenlaitteiden kaupan ja hallussapidon saattaminen luvanvaraiseksi Terveydenhuollossa ja eläinlääketieteessä käytettävien röntgenlaitteiden hallussapidon vapauttaminen turvallisuusluvasta 2014/0498/FIN Pääasiallinen sisältö Säteilyturvakeskus kumoaa 24.2.1995 antamansa turvallisuusluvasta vapauttamispäätöksen (147/310/95) kohdan 6. Tämä tarkoittaa, että röntgenlaitteiden kauppaan ja toimintakuntoisten röntgenlaitteiden hallussapitoon on oltava säteilylain (592/1991) 16 :ssä tarkoitettu turvallisuuslupa. Säteilylain 17 1. momentin 4) kohdan nojalla terveydenhuollossa (lääketieteessä ja hammaslääketieteessä) ja eläinlääketieteessä käytettävien röntgenlaitteiden hallussapito on edelleen vapautettu säteilylain 16 :ssä tarkoitetusta turvallisuusluvasta. Freeimages.com VIESTINTÄVIRASTO Taajuushallinto mailto: tapio.penkkala@ficora.fi Viestintäviraston radiotaajuusmääräysluonnos 4R/2014 M ja siihen liittyvä radiotaajuuksien käyttösuunnitelma (taajuusjakotaulukko) taajuusväliltä 9 khz - 400 GHz, joka sisältää myös R&TTE-direktiivin (1999/5/EY) art. 4(1) tarkoittamat radiorajapintamäärittelyt. 2014/0440/FIN Pääasiallinen sisältö Radiotaajuusmääräysluonnos 4R/ 2014 M ja siihen liittyvä radiotaajuuksien käyttösuunnitelma sisältävät pääosin sellaisia radiotaajuuksien tehokkaan käytön suunnitteluun ja ohjaukseen liittyviä määrittelyjä, jotka eivät ole sisältyneet aikaisemmin ilmoitettuihin tyyppitarkastusvaatimuksiin ja jotka ovat pääosin korvautuneet harmonisoiduilla standardeilla. Siihen sisältyvät siten myös kohdassa 7 mainitun direktiivin art. 4(1) tarkoittamat radiorajapintamäärittelyt. Radiotaajuuksien käyttösuunnitelmaan liittyy myös määräysluonnos yksittäisistä luvista vapautetuista radiolaiteryhmistä (Viestintävirasto 15AG/2014 M). Se määrittelee samalla myös radiolaitteiden lupajärjestelmän, koska muiden radiolähettimien käyttöön tarvitaan lupa. Aikanaan vahvistettava määräys 4R/2014 M ja radiotaajuuksien käyttösuunnitelma sekä siihen liittyvä määräys 15AG/2014 M julkaistaan Viestintäviraston verkkosivuilla. Radiotaajuuksien käyttösuunnitelmaa ylläpidetään tietokannassa, jota päivitetään keskimäärin noin kerran vuodessa. Käyttösuunnitelmaan on liitetty luettelo kohdista, joissa on muutoksia edellisen kerran ilmoitettuun versioon (2013/513/FIN). Varsinaisen taajuusjakotaulukon lisäksi ilmoitusdokumenttiin on sisällytetty liitteitä, joissa selvitetään taulukossa käytetyt termit, varsinaiseen taulukkorakenteeseen hankalasti sopivat UWB-radiorajapinnat ja standardiviittaukset. Erillisenä tiedostona on mukana luettelo taulukossa käytetyistä lyhenteistä. Viestintäviraston määräysluonnos 15AG/2014 M luvasta vapaiden radiolähettimien yhteistaajuuksista ja käytöstä. 2014/0442/FIN Pääasiallinen sisältö Määräysluonnos 15AG/2014 M yksittäisistä luvista vapautetuista radiolaiteryhmistä liittyy radiotaajuuksien käyttösuunnitelmaan (Määräysluonnos Viestintävirasto 4R/2014 M). Se määrittelee samalla myös radiolaitteiden lupajärjestelmän, koska muiden radiolähettimien käyttöön tarvitaan radiotaajuuksista ja telelaitteista annetun lain mukainen lupa. Määräystä sovelletaan sellaisiin radiolähettimiin, jotka toimivat määräyksen liitteessä vahvistetuilla yhteistaajuuksilla ja joiden vaatimustenmukaisuus on varmistettu radiotaajuuksista ja telelaitteista annetussa laissa tarkoitetulla tavalla. Kyseessä on tällä hetkellä voimassa olevan määräyksen 15 AF/2013 M päivittäminen tarkoituksena vapauttaa uusia radiolaiteryhmiä luvasta. Aikanaan vahvistettava määräys 15AG/2014 M julkaistaan Viestintäviraston verkkosivuilla. 18

Standardien laatijat Standardisoimisliitolla on 8 standardisointikomiteaa ja 28 seurantaryhmää, joista 11 seurantaryhmää oli tietotekniikan alalta. Liiton komiteat vastaavat mittayksiköihin, laadunhallintaan, toimistoalan asiakirjoihin, palotekniikkaan, leluihin ja lastenhoitotarvikkeisiin, pakkauksiin, ympäristöasioiden hallintaan ja tietohuoltoon liittyvästä standardisoinnista. Valtaosin SFS-standardien laadinnasta vastaavat SFS:n toimialayhteisöt. Perinteisen suomeksi julkaistuja SFS-standardeja koskevan kestotilauksen ohella kestotilauksen voi tehdä myös englanniksi pdf-tiedostoina saatavissa olevista SFSstandardeista. Kestotilaus tehdään SFS-ICS-ryhmittäin ja tämä palvelu varmistaa, että standardit ovat aina ajan tasalla. Verkkokauppa SFS-standardeja voi ladata SFS:n verkkokaupasta osoitteessa http://sales.sfs.fi. Verkkokaupasta ladatut SFSstandardit maksavat saman kuin vastaavat painetut versiot. Ne saavat olla käytössä vain yhdellä koneella. Verkkokäyttö SFS-standardeja on mahdollista saada myös verkkokäyttöön.
