Local Outsourced, where the solution is implemented at Konecranes datacenters but operated by a outsourcing provider 2. Hybrid where part of the solution (Exchange) is fully outsourced and the third alternative 3. UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS SOLUTION RECOMENDATION The recommended option for Konecranes Unified Communications solution is to use the Microsoft Online Productivity Suite (Option 3 BPOS) BPOS meets Konecranes requirements for a highly available, scalable and a secure unified communications platform. Being accessible from anywhere across the internet simplifies integration of future acquisition of new companies and is provided at the best price point. Konecranes can leverage its current Enterprise Agreement with Microsoft to receive a competitive price for the Unified Communications subscription fee. UNIFIED COMMUNICATIONS COST - PHASE1 In comparison the BPOS option provides the best price point compared to the other options considered. Further more future infrastructure upgrades are included in the BPOS option.
