Ei ole Potentiaaliset partnerit: Belarusian National Science Academy National Technical University of Belarus Poznan Technical University Lulea Technical University Kiev National University of Construction and Architecture St. Petersburg State University of Architecture and Civil Engineering HIE-RO Institute at University of Rostock Vilnius Gediminas Technical University Odotetut vaikutukset: A. Teknologiaperusteinen liiketoiminta ja yrittäminen tulevat huomattavasti lisääntymään kussakin hankkeeseen osallistuvassa maassa.
