Yhteenveto 20 17.09.2012 Virolaiset yritykset ovat joustavia ja tekevät paljon muutoksia. Ne tekevät tuotekehitystä oman organisaation sisällä ja tekevät vähän yhteistyötä. Suomalaiset yritykset keskittyvät suuriin yrityksiin, tekevät niiden ja muiden kanssa yhteistyötä. Ne mittaavat runsaasti teknisiä parametreja jo prosessin aikana tuottamista täydentävän toiminnon sijasta. Suomalaiset yritykset keskittyvät myyntiin ja asiakaspalveluun sekä ovat valmiit toimimaan myös Euroopan ulkopuolella. Vaikka suomalaiset yritykset tekevät vähemmän muutoksia prosesseissa ja toimintamalleissa, saavuttavat ne samaansuuruisen voiton samalla liikevaihdolla kuin virolaiset yritykset.
