01 The cabin tray can be found in the box marked 1/4. Place the tray in the location for its future use. Use a water level to check that the tray is evenly level to the floor. Ruuvaa altaan säätöjalkoja ja tarkista vatupassin avulla, että allas on suorassa ja seisoo tukevasti omilla jaloillaan. 03 The corner aluminium column (with mixer included) can be found in the box marked 4/4 and the rear glass panels in box 2/4. Align each rear panel with the column while paying attention to the UP and IN sticker on the rear-panel glass. There are pre-drilled holes in the profile of each rear panel. Using the drill bit provided, drill the holes through the column and secure the rear panels to the column using the ST4x25mm screws. Make sure to match the column to the panels as shown in the image. 04 Lift the assembled rear walls and corner column on top of the tray. We recommend the participation of two persons at this stage. TIP! For convenience, it is easier to install the two glass shelves to the rear-panels at this stage. Please see step 16. Nosta asennetut osat altaan päälle. Fasten the profiles to the side panels using the ST4x35mm screws while the other person is helping to hold the side panels and corner column upright. Push the U-shape gaskets on to the glass before inserting the side panel into the profile. Pay close attention to direction of the gasket, as shown in the image. 07 Lift the whole front section of shower cabin onto the tray and attach with the rear panels. It is easier to slide the bottom section first, as shown in the image. Paina ensiksi alaosa paikoilleen kuten kuvassa. 08 Assemble the water protection gaskets to the side panels, as shown in the image. Asenna tiivisteet paikoilleen sivupaneeleihin kuten kuvassa. 09 The door can be found in the box marked 3/4. The door wheels are already fastened to the door. Carefully slide the door into the cabin while paying attention to the UP arrow label. First hang the upper wheels of the door into the grooves of the upper rail profile. With the weight of the door on the upper wheels, set the lower wheels into the grooves of the lower profile. By pressing and stretching the lower spring wheels, they can easily be made to fit into the grooves of the lower profile. Check that the handle holes on the door are on the correct side. 10 Assemble the water protection gaskets for the door, as shown in the image. Asenna tiivisteet paikoilleen kuten kuvassa. 11 Install the magnetic gaskets for the door closing, as shown in the image. These gaskets should be installed on the same side as the handle holes. Asenna oven magneettilistat paikoilleen. Tiivisteet tulee asentaa samalle puolelle vedinten kanssa. 12 GREASE Adjust the upper wheels so that the door slides smoothly and closes tightly. Use a screwdriver to turn the screw inside the wheel, as shown in the image. Säädä oven yläpyöriä ruuvimeisselillä siten, että ovi avautuu pehmeästi ja sulkeutuu tiivisti kuten kuvassa. 7
13 Assemble the door handles. Use the provided soft gaskets to prevent the glass from breaking. Do not over tighten the handles when turning the screws. Asenna vetimet. Muista asettaa tiivisteet lasia vasten. Älä ylikiristä vetimiä! 14 The overhead bar and showerhead plate can be found in box marked 1/4. Install and secure the bar to the aluminium column tightly using the gasket and nuts provided, as shown in the image. Screw on the showerhead plate onto the shower bar as shown in the image. On the back of the column, connect the hose to the overhead shower bar using the 90-degree connector provided, as shown in the image. Suihkutanko ja kattosuihku löytyvät laatikosta 1/4. Kiinnitä vesiliitäntäletku suihkutankoon 90-asteen liittimellä. 15 Assemble the flexible hose to the shower head and plastic outlet on the column, while paying attention to the correct direction of the hose. Make sure to use the black gasket when connecting the hose to the shower head, as shown in the image. Kiinnitä suihkuletku käsisuihkuun ja suihkupaneeliin. 16 Install the glass shelves to the back-panel using the gaskets and screws provided. There are pre-drilled holes on the back-panels. Make sure to use the soft gaskets against the glass, as shown in the image. Do not over tighten the screws. Asenna lasihyllyt paikoilleen käyttämällä mukana toimitettavia tiivisteitä ja ruuveja. Takapaneeleissa on esiporatut reiät hyllyjä varten. Älä ylikiristä ruuveja! 17 Secure the cabin body to the tray using the hex bolt and washer set provided. Pre-drilled holes are located in the left and right corners of the tray. The metal washer must be placed under the silicon soft washer, as shown in the image. Insert the hex bolt from the bottom of the tray, through the hole and up into the side aluminium profile. Use the provided hex key to tighten the bolt very tightly to avoid any water leakage. Kiristä kuusiopultti tiukalle välttääksesi mahdolliset vesivuodot. 18 Fasten the side panels to the rear-panels. Drill through the existing holes on the profile using the screw bit provided. Secure the profiles using the ST4x10mm screws, as shown in the image. The shower cabin must ALWAYS be connected to the water mains with an approved shower cabinet connection hose. Connection hoses are not supplied with the cabin. Connect the hoses so that the left connection is for cold water (BLUE) and the right side is for hot water (RED). Tap connections are with ½ inch outside threads. Kiinnitä sivupaneelit takapaneeleihin. Poraa esiporattujen reikien läpi mukana toimitettavalla poranterällä. 19 Adjust the drainage pipe underneath the tray so that the water can flow freely into the floor drain. The drainage pipe can support both 40mm and 32mm pipe heads that can be exchanged with ease. Place the shower cabin in its final location. Assemble the front skirt panel onto the tray by pushing the panel into the metal clips underneath the tray rim. Asenna suihkualtaan poistoputki siten, että vesi valuu esteettömästi lattiakaivoon. Poistoputki on vakiona 40 mm putkea, joka on muutettavissa 32 mm supistusosan avulla. Aseta suihkukaappi lopulliseen sijoituspaikkaansa. Kiinnitä altaan etulevy paikoilleen työntämällä se kiinnikkeihinsä. WARNING: When necessary, apply liquid silicon in the required areas such as between the edges of the profile and tray. Please note that this shower cabin is not 100% water-leakage proof.
