GENERAL INFORMATION SEATING Seating in the sanctuary will be limited. While some chairs will be positioned in the sanctuary, please refrain from bringing in extra chairs. Ushers will be available to assist you with seating. An overflow tent with a video stream is located on the grounds adjacent to the dining room. Please do your part to maintain a service atmosphere in the tent. PARKING Parking will be limited. We strongly encourage you to carpool. Please obey the no parking signs along 43rd St. and Ashler Hills Drive. Parking lot attendants will be available to assist you. DRIVING Please respect our neighbors and drive safely. Obey the speed limit of 15 mph on 43rd Street and 25 mph on Ashler Hills Drive. MEALS Meal tickets will be sold near the entrance to the dining room and the outdoor grill area. Please consider purchasing your meal tickets for the entire weekend as you arrive at the services. Suggested Price: $30 per family/$7 per individual Note: Checks for collections, meals, and other service items should be made payable to LLC. Grill line forms between sanctuary and tent. Kitchen line forms along sidewalk toward parking lot. There are gluten-free food & snack options available upon request. HAPS Youth will be gathering at the church in the evening after services on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Please remember to consciously reduce your noise level after 10:00 p.m. and to vacate the church property and neighborhood by midnight.
FIRST AID First Aid needs will be administered in the Conference Room at the back of the church. For medical needs beyond first aid, please contact one of the Service Committee members. PRAYERS OF INTERCESSION Prayer requests can be placed in the box marked Prayers of Intercession in the Conference Room. TOBACCO Smoking is only permitted in the designated area: the Ramada on the north side of the kitchen/cafeteria.
