Käyttötarkoitus Vastaanotto Med ja Lab terveydenhuollon ja tutkimuksen kylmä- ja pakastekaapit sekä yhdistelmäkaapit on tarkoitettu lääkkeiden ja näytteiden säilytykseen. Käyttäjä vastaa siitä, että erityiskäytössä oleva laite täyttää sille asetettujen standardien vaatimukset. Tarkasta laite, ennen kuin otat sen vastaan. Mikäli havaitset laitteen vaurioituneen kuljetuksessa, tee merkintä rahtikirjaan ja ilmoita asiasta välittömästi kuljettajalle ja myyjälle. Huom! Valmistajan myöntämä takuu ei korvaa kuljetusvahinkoja! Asennus Kaappia ympäröivän ilman lämpötila ei saa nousta yli +32 C tai laskea alle +5 C. Vältä kaapin sijoittamista muiden lämpöä luovuttavien laitteiden viereen. Huom! Kalustetta ei saa käyttää ulkoilmassa eikä sitä saa altistaa sateelle. Huom! Sähköturvallisuusmääräysten mukaan kaapin yläpuolella ei saa pitää nestemäisiä aineita. Huom! Jätä riittävästi ilmankiertotilaa kaapin ympärille. Älä peitä alasokkelin ilmanottoaukkoa. Kylmä- tai pakastekaapin voi sijoittaa kiinni taustaan ja sivupintoihin, mutta jos sivupinta tulee toista kylmäkalustetta tai ulkoseinää vasten, on pintojen väliin jätettävä noin 1 cm:n tuuletusrako. Työpöydän kansilevy Kylmä- ja pakastekaapin höyrystimeen muodostuu huurretta, jonka laite sulattaa automaattisesti tai käyttäjän käynnistämällä sulatuksella. Sulatusvesi johdetaan kompressoritilassa olevaan haihdutusastiaan tai kaapin sisällä olevaan bakteerisuojattuun vesisäiliöön. Vesi haihtuu haihdutusastiasta automaattisesti. Jos laitteeseen tulee toimintahäiriö, on mahdollista että vettä pääsee valumaan lattialle. Suosittelemme asentamaan sijoituspaikkaan suoja-altaan. SUOMI 3
Asenna kaluste joka suunnassa vaakasuoraan säätöjalkojen ja vesivaa an avulla. Varmista, että kaikki jalat ottavat kiinni lattiaan. Kiinnitä kaksiovinen kylmäkaappi, yhdistelmäkaappi ja lasiovellinen kaappi seinään, ettei se pääse kaatumaan eteenpäin. Kalusteen takareunassa on kiinnitysraudat (kuvat 1 ja 2). Ruuvaa ruuvi kiinnitysraudan läpi seinään. Huom! Ei koske LAB 400 mallistoa. 1 Talvella kylmästä ulkoilmasta asennuspaikalle tuodun kalusteen pinnoille tiivistyy kosteutta. Älä liitä kalustetta sähköverkkoon ennen kuin pinnat ovat kuivat ja huoneenlämpöiset. Liitä kalusteen liitäntäjohto 230 V / 50 Hz maadoitettuun, omalla 10 A sulakkeella suojattuun pistorasiaan. Tarkista kaapin jännite ja taajuus arvokilvestä. Pistorasia tulee olla sijoitettu siten, että laitteen pistotulpan voi irrottaa pistorasiasta ilman laitteen siirtämistä. Huom! Vaurioituneen verkkojohdon saa vaihtaa vain valmistajan valtuuttama ammattihenkilö. 2 Käyttöönotto Huom! Älä käytä mitään sähkölaitetta kalusteen sisäpuolella, jollei se ole laitteen valmistajan suosittelema. Puhdista kaluste huolellisesti ennen käyttöönottoa miedolla pesuaineella, esimerkiksi astianpesuaineliuoksella. Huuhtele ja kuivaa kaappi ja jätä se hetkeksi tuulettumaan. Asenna hyllyt ja/tai vetolaatikot paikoilleen. Hyllyn korkea reuna tulee kalusteen takaseinää vasten. Vetolaatikot voi asentaa vain koukkumaisiin uriin muovisisustaisissa kaapeissa. Työnnä vetolaatikon takapää uriin siten, että laatikon yläreuna on ylempänä kuin takareuna. Varmista, että kaappi on saavuttanut asetellun sisälämpötilan, ennen kuin täytät sen tuotteilla. Katso kohta Lämpötilasäätimen käyttö. Huom! Kaapit ovat erittäin tiiviitä, joten pakastekaapin (F) ovi ei aukea heti sulkemisen jälkeen. Odota hetki kunnes paine tasaantuu ja ovi aukeaa kevyesti. Huom! Etikkaa sisältävät ja happamat tuotteet, pitää säilyttää erityisen tiiviissä astioissa, jotta kaapin höyrystin ei syövy puhki ennenaikaisesti. Huom! Älä estä ilmankiertoa lattialla. Tuotteita ei saa sijoittaa kaapin lattialle, vaan alimmalle hyllylle. Älä estä kaapin etuosan ilmankiertoa, vaan sijoita tuotteet hyllyille niin, että ne eivät tule yli hyllyn etureunasta. Älä peitä takaseinässä tai katon etureunassa olevaa puhallinta tai takaseinän molemmilla sivuilla olevia puhallusaukkoja. 4 SUOMI

Lämpötilasäätimen käyttö 1. Kaapin käynnistys Käynnistä kaappi painamalla painiketta. 2. Lämpötilan säätö Paina kerran painiketta, jolloin näytöllä näkyy lämpötilan asetteluarvo. Säädä lämpötilaa painikkeilla ja. Paina uudelleen painiketta tai odota 15 sekuntia, jolloin laite palautuu normaaliin tilaan. 3. Lisäsulatus, ns. manuaalisulatus Paina painiketta vähintään 3 sekunnin ajan, jolloin lisäsulatus käynnistyy. Lisäsulatustoimintoa ei voi katkaista painikkeesta. Sulatus päättyy automaattisesti. Käyttäjä huolehtii manuaalisulatuksesta säännöllisin väliajoin, jos kaappiin on valittu optiona manuaalisulatus automaattisulatuksen tilalle. 4. Painikkeiden lukitus ja vapautus Paina yhtä aikaa painikkeita ja vähintään kolmen sekunnin ajan. Näyttöön tulee teksti PoF, kun näppäimet on lukittu. Lukitustilassa ei voi säätää lämpötilaa tai katkaista virtaa kalusteesta. Paina yhtä aikaa painikkeita ja vähintään kolmen sekunnin ajan. Näyttöön tulee teksti Pon, kun näppäimet on vapautettu lukitustilasta. 5. Säätimeen tallentuneiden minimi- ja maksimilämpötilojen tarkistus Paina kerran painiketta. Näytöllä näkyy hetken aikaa teksti Lo, jonka jälkeen näytölle tulee laitteen taltioima minimilämpötila. Paina kerran painiketta. Näytöllä näkyy hetken aikaa teksti Hi, jonka jälkeen näytölle tulee laitteen taltioima maksimilämpötila. Laite palaa normaalitilaan 5 sekunnin kuluessa. 6. Säätimeen tallentuneiden minimi- ja maksimilämpötilojen nollaus Paina kerran painiketta Lo tai Hi, jolloin näytölle tulee laitteen taltioima lämpötila. Paina heti painiketta 3 sekunnin ajan, jolloin näytöllä alkaa vilkkua teksti rst. Taltioitu lämpötila nollautuu vilkkumisen aikana, jonka jälkeen laite palaa normaalitilaan automaattisesti. Nollaa molemmat (minimi ja maksimi) lämpötilat erikseen. 6 SUOMI

Tarkista, ettei laitteeseen ole laitettu liian lämpimiä tuotteita, että laitteen ovi on suljettu eikä ilmankierto laitteen sisällä ole estynyt. Kaappi on tarkoitettu valmiiksi jäähdytettyjen tuotteiden säilytykseen. LA Matalalämpötila hälytys Laitteen sisälämpötila on laskenut liiaksi. Tarkista, ettei laitteeseen laitetut tuotteet ole liian kylmiä. Lämpötilahälytys kuittautuu automaattisesti sisälämpötilan palattua sallituihin rajoihin. Mikäli hälytys ei poistu, siirtäkää tuotteet toiseen laitteeseen ja ottakaa yhteys valtuutettuun huoltoliikkeeseen. da Ovi auki hälytys Sulje ovi huolelliseti, jolloin hälytys kuittautuu automaattisesti. HA2 Lauhdutinhälytys (vain MEDLAB 400 malleissa) MEDLAB 400 laite hälyttää likaisesta lauhduttimesta / lauhduttimen suodattimesta. *Laite toimii varajärjestelmänsä varassa. Kuittaa hälytys ja ota välittömästi yhteys valtuutettuun huoltoliikkeeseen. EE Tietovirhe Mikäli laite antaa EE -hälytyksen, kuittaa hälytys painamalla mitä tahansa painiketta, kunnes näytöllä näkyy teksti rst noin 3 sekunnin ajan. Tämän jälkeen näyttö palaa normaalitilaansa. Puhdistus Puhdista roiskeet heti kun niitä tulee. Varmista laitteen tehokas toiminta sekä säilytettävien tuotteiden laatu sulattamalla ja puhdistamalla laite vähintään kerran kuukaudessa. Varastoi tuotteet muualle puhdistuksen ajaksi. Huom! Kytke laite pois päältä aina ennen puhdistusta tai huoltoa ja irrota virtajohto pistorasiasta. Irrota hyllyt ja vetolaatikot. Pese laitteen teräs-, lasi- ja muovipinnat veteen sekoitetulla miedolla pesuaineliuoksella, esimerkiksi astianpesuaineliuoksella tai muulla tarkoitukseen soveltuvalla puhdistusaineella. Käytä puhdistukseen pesuvedellä kostutettua liinaa tai paperipyyhettä, jotta pinnat ei naarmuunnu. Huuhtele kostealla liinalla, kuivaa ja jätä laite tuulettumaan. Huom! Älä käytä klooripitoisia pesu- tai desinfiointi-aineita, liuottimia, hiovia hankausjauheita, veistä tai muuta terävää esinettä. Huom! Älä koskaan käytä juoksevaa vettä tai painepesuria kaapin puhdistukseen. Huom! Katso desinfiointiaineen tuoteselosteesta, mille materiaaleille aine soveltuu. Kuivaa laite desifioinnin jälkeen ja jätä se tuulettumaan. Poista pöly ja muut epäpuhtaudet kompressoritilasta sekä takaseinällä olevasta lauhduttimesta säännöllisesti kerran vuodessa. Irrota kaatumisen estävät tukiraudat kalusteen takaa yläreunasta ja vedä kaappi irti seinästä. Käytä puhdistukseen esimerkiksi pölynimurin harjasuulaketta. Epäpuhtaudet kompressoritilassa ja lauhduttimessa heikentävät koneiston toimintaa ja lisäävät sähkönkulutusta. MedLab lauhdutin 8 SUOMI
MedLab 400 sarjassa on erillinen suodatin, mikä kerää epäpuhtauksia suodattimeen. Nosta alapaneelia molemmista päistä ylöspäin ja vedä se ulos. Irrota kaapin alapaneelin takana oleva suodatin ja pese se juoksevalla vedellä ja astianpesuaineella. Puhdista oven magneettitiiviste veteen sekoitetulla miedolla pesuaineliuoksella ja tarkasta tiivisteen kunto. Silikonisumutteella saat tiivisteistä notkeat ja likaa hylkivät. Laitteen sisällä olevat irto-osat voi pestä astianpesukoneessa. Laita kaikki irrotetut osat paikoilleen ja käynnistä laite. Varmista, että laite on saavuttanut oikean lämpötilan ennen kuin laitat tuotteet takaisin kaappiin. Kaapin kylmäjärjestelmän aiheuttamat äänet Kylmäkaapissa on kompressorikäyttöinen jäähdytysjärjestelmä, joten on täysin normaalia, että laite pitää ääntä, jonka taso voi vaihdella. Äänen voimakkuuteen vaikuttaa ympäristön materiaalit (esim. kivilattiat), se miten laite on asennettu paikoilleen, kuinka sitä käytetään ja kuinka vanha se on. Resonanssiääni voi syntyä, ellei laite ole täysin suorassa tai jos putkiston osat koskettavat toisiaan. Putkia voi taivuttaa varovasti käsin erilleen. Koneiston käynnistymisen ja pysähtymisen jälkeen saattaa kuulua metalliosien lämpölaajenemisesta johtuvia ääniä. Kun kylmäaine liikkuu putkistossa, siitä kuuluu sihisevä tai kupliva ääni. Kompressori käynnistyy ja pysähtyy termostaatin ohjaamana. Termostaatti toimii sitä useammin, mitä enemmän ovea aukaistaan tai mitä korkeampi on ympäristön lämpötila. Koneiston käynnistyessä ja pysähtyessä laite tärisee hieman. Kun kylmäaine liikkuu putkistossa, kompressorin moottorista ja pumpusta kuuluu suriseva tai kuorsaava ääni. SUOMI 9
Jos laite ei toimi Jos kaappi hälyttää: katso kohta hälytykset Jos kaappi ei saavuta sille asetettua lämpötilaa, tarkista että: ovi on kiinni. Jos ovi on ollut raollaan pitkän aikaa, höyrystimeen on saattanut muodostua normaalia enemmän jäätä. Laitteen hävittäminen Käytöstä poistettua laitetta ei saa laittaa kaatopaikkajätteisiin, koska se sisältää SER-jätettä. Laite on hävitettävä jätelain muutoksen 13.8.2005 mukaisesti SER-jätteenä. 10 SUOMI

Oven kätisyyden vaihto Huom! MEDLAB 400 C ja F malleissa oven kätisyyden voi muuttaa vain tilaamalla uusi ovi. 1a. Irrota puukansi A Irrota ruuvit (A) mollemmista reunoista. Liuata kantta hieman taaksepäin ja nosta se pois kaapin päältä. 1b. Irrota peltikansi B Irrota ruuvit (B) mollemmista reunoista. Nosta kansi pois kaapin päältä. SUOMI 13
2. Irrota saranat ja ovi C Irrota kuusiokantapultit ja saranalappu (C). Käännä oven yläreunaa hieman ulospäin ja nosta ovi pois alasaranan tapista. D E F Irrota alaverholevy (D) vetämällä sitä voimakkaasti molemmista päistä ulospäin. Irrota kuusiokantapultit ja saranalappu (E). 3. Asenna saranat ja ovi takakaisin paikoilleen Kiinnitä yläsarana (C) toisen puolen alasaranaksi ja laita alasaranan holkki (F) paikoilleen. Käännä ovi ylösalaisin ja nosta se alasaranan varaan. Tue ovea asennuksen ajan. Kiinnitä alasarana (E) toisen puolen yläsaranaksi. Säädä saranalapuilla oven välys sopivaksi, niin että ovitiiviste tiivistyy kauttaaltaan kiinni karmiin. 14 SUOMI

Purpose of use Reception The Med and Lab refrigerators and freezers are specifically designed for use in the health care and laboratory sectors. They are for the storage of temperature sensitive pharmaceuticals or samples. The operator is responsible that if the cabinet is being used for the storage special items that the equipment is compliant with the standards required for such storage. Examine the product carefully as soon as you receive it. If you notice that it has suffered from damages during transportation, you must indicate this in the delivery document and report to the carrier and the retailer. Note! The manufacturer s guarantee does not cover damages caused by transportation! Installation The ambient temperature must not exceed +32 C or fall under +5 C. Avoid placing the cabinet close to any equipment that radiates heat. Note! The cabinet must not be used outdoors nor exposed to rain. Note! According to the electric safety regulations no liquid materials must be kept above the cabinet. Note! Make sure there is enough room for the air circulation around the cabinet. Never cover the air intake at the bottom of the cabinet. The cabinet may be fastened to the back and side surfaces, but if the side surface is in contact with another refrigeration unit or an exterior wall, it is required to leave a 1 cm ventilation gap between the surfaces. Work top Condensation in the form of ice will be generated on the evaporator of the refrigerator/ freezer, this is defrosted by the cabinet automatically or manually (optional feature) by user. Defrost water is lead to the evaporation vessel in the compressor section or to into the bacterial protected water tank inside the cabinet. Water evaporates from the evaporation vessel automatically. In the case of a malfunction of the unit some water can be spilled onto the floor. We recommend placing a safety container at the location of the compressor. 3 ENGLISH
Adjust the cabinet to ensure it is horizontal in all directions, by using the adjustable feet, check with spirit level if necessary, always ensure that all feet are in contact with the ground. Fasten a double-door refrigeration cabinet, a combination cabinet and glass door cabinet to the wall so as to prevent it from falling forward. There is a fastening brackets at the back edge of the unit (photos 1 and 2). Screw a screw through the bracket into the wall. Note! There is no bracket installed in LAB 400 models. 1 2 When cabinet is delivered and if temperature is cold, condensation may form on the exterior surface. Do not connect power until unit is dry and at room temperature! Connect the connection cord of the cabinet to an earthed 230 V / 50 Hz wall socket with its own 10 A safety fuse. Check the voltage and frequency of the cabinet from the rating plate. The power socket must be positioned such that it is possible to pull the unit s plug from the socket without having to move the unit. Note! The damaged power supply cord must only be changed by a professional electrician, authorized by the manufacturer. Note! Do not use electrical equipment inside the unit, unless it is recommended by the unit s manufacturer. Introduction Before using it, clean the cabinet carefully with mild cleaning agent, e.g. liquid dishwasher detergent. Rinse and wipe dry. Leave the door open for airing for a moment. Put the shelves and drawers in place. The high edge of the shelf is placed against the back wall of the cabinet. Drawers may be inserted only in the crooked grooves (cabinets with plastic side walls). Push the drawer s back end into the groove so that the top edge of the drawer is higher than the back edge. Before loading with goods, ensure the cabinet has reached the required holding temperature (See chapter Use of temperature control ). Note! Cabinets are very hermetic. Freezer (F) cabinet door does not open just after closing. Wait for a moment until the pressure is equalized and door opens slightly. Note! To avoid evaporator corrosion, it is important to keep goods with high acid content / vinegar etc. in air tight containers. Note! Do not prevent ventilation on the floor. Products must never be placed directly on the floor of the cabinet, but only on the bottom shelf. When placing goods on to the shelves ensure they do not overhang the front of the shelves, as this will also interrupt air circulation. Never cover the fan on the back wall, or the vents on the both sides of the back wall. ENGLISH 4

Use of temperature control 1. Switch on the cabinet Switch the power on by pressing the key. 2. Adjust temperature Press once key, then the display will show the set temperature. Adjust temperature with keys and. Press again key or wait for 15 seconds and the display will revert to the normal state. 3. Additional defrost (manual defrost) Press key, for more than 3 seconds to start additional defrost. Additional defrost cannot be terminated by pressing the key. The defrost function stops automatically. Cabinet can be delivered without automatical defrost if manual defrost has been chosen as optional function. In that case user takes care of manual defrost regularly. 4. To lock and unlock the keyboard Keep pressed together for more than 3 s the and keys. The POF message will be displayed and the keyboard will be locked. If the keyboard is locked it is impossible to adjust the temperature or switch of the power of the unit. Keep pressed together for more than 3 s the and keys till the Pon message will be displayed. 5. Control of the minimum and maximum temperatures recorded Press button once. Lo will appear on the display for a moment followed by the minimum temperature logged. Press button. once. Hi will appear on the display for a moment followed by the maximum temperature logged. The equipment will revert to the normal operation in 5 seconds. 6. Säätimeen tallentuneiden minimi- ja maksimilämpötilojen nollaus Press button Lo or Hi and the recorded temperature will appear on the display. Immediately press and hold button more than 3 s and the rst will blink on the display. Recorded temperature will be reset during blinking. Check that a door has not been left open. Check that any product is not blocking air circulation within the cabinet. The cabinet is meant to keep ready chilled products cold. LA Low temperature alarm The temperature inside the cabinet has fallen below the set value. Ensure that the products put into the cabinet are not too cold. The temperature alarm will reset automatically after the interior of the cabinet returns to the set temperature range. If this does not happen, move the products to another cabinet and contact your service provider. da Door open alarm Close the door carefully and the alarm will reset automatically. HA2 Condenser alarm (MEDLAB 400 models only) MEDLAB 400 cabinet alarms of dirty condenser / condenser filter. Check that ambient temperature is not more than +32 C and clean condenser / filter. The cabinet operates on its standby system and will hold normal temperature, but reset the alarm signal and immediately contact your service provider. EE Data failure To reset an EE Alarm on the display and resume normal function of the equipment press any key for 3 seconds. After this rst message will be displayed again for 3 seconds and the equipment should return to normal function. Cleaning Clean spillages immediately. Ensure effective operation of the equipment and the quality of the products being stored, by defrosting and cleaning the equipment regularly, we recommend at least once per month. Remove all products and store them in a back-up store. Note! Switch off the cabinet from the main electrical supply by removing cable and plug from the wall socket. Remove the shelves and drawers. Wash the stainless steel, glass and plastic surfaces of the cabinet with a mild detergent mixed with water, e.g. dishwasher detergent or other suitable food safe cleaning product. Use a cloth or paper towel to prevent scratching the steel surface. Wipe with down with a cloth and allow the cabinet to dry. Note! Do not use detergents or disinfectants containing chlorine i.e. bleach, solvents, scouring products, or a knife or other sharp tools when cleaning. Note! Do not use running water to wash the cabinet. Note! Refer to the product description of the disinfectant to see which materials it is suitable for. Dry the equipment after the disinfection and let it ventilate. Regularly, once a year clean any dust and other dirt from the compressor section and the condenser on the back wall of the cabinet. Unfasten the anti-fall band from the top edge at the back of the unit and move the cabinet away from the wall. Use for instance the brush attachment of a vacuum cleaner to the clean the unit. Dirt in the compressor section and on the condenser impairs the unit s functioning and increase power consumption. ENGLISH 8
MedLab 400 cabinets has been equipped with a filter system for air pollutants. Lift up the lower panel on both edges and pull it out. Remove the filter behind the bottom cover plate and wash the filter with running water and e.g. dishwasher detergent. Clean the cabinet door gasket using a mild water soluble detergent and check the condition of the gasket. A silicone spray makes the gaskets flexible and dirt-rejecting. Shelves and or drawers inside the cabinet may be washed in a dishwasher. Put back all removed parts and switch on the equipment. Ensure that the temperature has become to the normal level before using the equipment again. Noises generated by the cabinet s refrigeration system The cooler cabinet features a refrigeration system driven by a compressor. Therefore it is completely normal that the unit generates some noise the level of which can vary. The volume of the noise is affected i.e. by the materials in the environment where it is placed (e.g. stone floors), the manner of positioning the unit, the way it is used and its age. Resonance can be caused if the cabinet is not completely level or if parts of its pipe work touch each other. Pipes can be bent carefully away from each other with hands. Following the start or stop of the unit it is possible to hear noises generated by thermal expansion of metal parts. When refrigerant flows in the pipelines one can hear hissing or bubbling noises. The compressor is started and stopped by a thermostat. The thermostat activates the compressor more frequently the more the door is being opened or the higher is the ambient temperature. When the unit is started or stopped the cabinet will vibrate slightly. When refrigerant flows in the pipelines the compressor can generate slight buzzing noises. 9 ENGLISH
Operation failures In case of alarm: see chapter Alarms If the cabinet fails to cool check that: door is closed. If the door has been slightly open for a long time evaporator can be frozen. Press key, for more than 3 seconds to start manual defrost. Repeat the manual defrost after cabinet has been reached the set temperature. power supply is OK and the cabinet is switched on there are indications on the control panel if there is a power supply to the cabinet. defrost LED is not lit cabinet has not been overloaded or filled with warm products air circulation for the condenser or inside the cabinet is not blocked ambient temperature around the cabinet is not too high evaporator has not frozen. If you notice ice or if you suspect that the evaporator has frozen, start manual defrost according to the instructions. Repeat manual defrosts until the evaporator is completely free of ice. If the machinery makes a strange sound: check that feet have been properly adjusted. check that loose items such as bottles in the cabinet are not knocking against each other If the malfunction cannot be corrected by checking the above points prevent the goods from spoiling by moving them to another cooling or freezing unit. Switch the faulty cabinet off, remove the power supply from the wall socket and contact your dealer or service company. ENGLISH 10
Disposal of the equipment Once the equipment becomes redundant it must not be disposed of with normal waste because the equipment is governed by the WEEE directive. It has to be disposed of following the WEEE act which became effective on August 13th 2005. Guarantee Check the guarantee period at your merchandiser. Change of the door s handedness Note! MEDLAB 400 C and F door handedness can be ghanged only by ordering a new door from manufacturer. 1a. Remove the wooden cover A Unscrew the screws (A) from both edges. Slide the cover slightly backward and remove it from the cabinet. 1b. Remove the metal cover B Unscrew the screws (B) from both edges. Lift the cover off from the cupboard. 13 ENGLISH
2. Remove the hinges and the door C Remove the hex bolts and the hinge plate (C). Turn the top edge of the door slightly outward and lift the door off from the bottom hinge pin. D E F Remove the bottom cover plate (D) by pulling it strongly outward from both ends. Remove the hex bolts and the hinge plate (E). 3. Install the hinges and the door back Attach the top hinge (C) as the bottom hinge on the other side, turn the door upside down and place it on the bottom hinge. Support the door during the installation process. Attach the bottom hinge (E) as the top hinge on the other side. Adjust the clearance of the door using the hinge plates, ensuring that the door seal is set tightly against the frame all round. ENGLISH 14
