3 Pesti-lehti 2015 Päätoimittaja Outi Simi Taitto ja kannet Uula Ranta Painopaikka Rannikon Laatupaino Oy Koulutus & työelämä Yliopistoille asetetaan entistä kovempia laatuvaatimuksia. Opintojen sujuvuutta, valmistumista ja työllistymistä seurataan systemaattisesti. Opiskelijoiden motivaatiolle ja valmistuneiden työllistymiselle on eduksi, jos erilaisia urapolkuja ja työllistymismahdollisuuksia avataan ja edistetään jo opintojen alusta alkaen. Yliopistoissa pyritäänkin nyt monin eri tavoin rakentamaan työelämäyhteistyötä ja auttamaan opiskelijoita verkostoitumaan tulevaisuuden työnantajien kanssa. Teknologiateollisuus ry teki keväällä 2013 jäsenyritystensä henkilöstöjohdolle kyselyn, jossa kartoitettiin henkilöstöjohdon arviota yritysten eri toimintojen ja osaamisvaatimusten painopisteiden muutoksista vuodesta 2012 vuoteen Lisäksi tiedusteltiin näkemyksiä tutkintojen työelämävastaavuudesta sekä yritysten ICT-osaamisen tarvetta. Teknologiateollisuudessa kehitys on epäyhtenäistä. Tutkimuksen mukaan vuoteen 2016 mennessä henkilöstömäärän ennakoidaan kasvavan suunnittelu- ja konsultointialalla ja tietotekniikka-alalla sekä kone- ja metallituoteteollisuudessa. Toimialojen sisällä tapahtuu rakenteellisia muutoksia. Esimerkiksi koko elektroniikkateollisuudesta poiketen terveysteknologiayritykset arvioivat henkilöstömääränsä kasvavan. Kasvua ennakoidaan pääasiassa alle 500 henkilön yrityksissä ja erityisesti tutkimus- ja tuotekehitystehtävissä, asiakastuessa sekä myynti- ja markkinointitehtävissä. Korkeakoulututkinnon, erityisesti yliopistotutkinnon suorittaneiden määrän arvioidaan kasvavan suhteellisesti eniten. Kilpailukyvyn parantamiseksi ICT-osaamista vahvistetaan kaikissa toiminnoissa, erityisesti tuotannossa sekä tutkimuksessa ja kehityksessä. Arvioinnin tulokset ovat kuitenkin vain suuntaa-antavia ja toteutuma riippuu suhdannekehityksestä, yritysten kilpailukyvystä ja toimintaympäristöstä. Teknologiateollisuuden yrityksissä arvioidaan osaamisen tason nousevan edelleen kaikissa tehtävissä. Enemmistö yrityksistä katsoo suomalaisen koulutusjärjestelmän tarjoamien tutkintojen vastaavan heidän tarpeitaan vähintään melko hyvin. Tutkintojen työelämärelevanssi näyttää parantuneen viime vuosina. Kehitettävää on kyselyn mukaan kuitenkin edelleen. Yliopiston maisteri- tai DI-tutkintojen työelämävastaavuus sai yrityksiltä eri koulutusasteiden välisessä vertailussa parhaan arvion. Sen arvioi vähintään melko hyväksi keskimäärin 95% vastanneista ja 49% antoi sille täydet pisteet. Koulutusalojen (kaupallinen/tietojenkäsittely/tekniikka) välillä ei ollut kovin suuria eroja. huomiota. Kun osaajista tulee niukkeneva resurssi, korostuu koulutuksen työelämärelevanssin merkitys entisestään. Teknologiateollisuus uudistuu entistä nopeammin teknologian, toimintamallien ja globaalin työnjaon muuttuessa ja tämä asettaa haasteita koulutusjärjestelmän kyvylle uudistua työelämän tarpeiden mukaisesti. The fluency in studies, years of study and graduate employment are monitored closely. Introducing different kinds of career paths and ways of employment is beneficial for study motivation and it also promotes employment after graduation. Various modes of collaboration between higher education and working life and ways of networking need to be implemented in the university education. Changes in the world of work put pressure on educational organizations. They need to take a proactive approach in the collaboration with the industrial life. According to the report made by the Federation of Finnish Technology Industries for the years the employers were fairly satisfied with the knowledge and skills of university graduates in the fields of economics and business, information processing science and technology. Although it was stressed that the learning outcomes and educational requirements should be defined in even closer cooperation with industrial life than before. It is located in the Lapland region of northern Finland, approximately 900 kilometers north of Helsinki and 150 kilometers north of the Arctic Circle. The Kittila mine area is one of the largest known gold deposits in Europe with proven and probable reserves* containing almost 4.7 million ounces (32 million tons at 4.6 g/t). Operations in Kittilä began with open-pit mining in 2008 from two pits (Suuri and Roura). The first doré bar was poured in January Underground mining was commenced in October As the open-pit mining was completed in November 2012, Kittilä became an underground-only operation. At current production volumes, the mine s known ore reserves are expected to produce gold until The company s explorers are, however, working to find new ore deposits. The ore at the Kittila mine is treated through grinding, flotation, pressure oxidation and carbon-in-leach circuits. The Kittilä mine has the company s only pressure oxidation circuit (autoclave), which is required because of the ore s refractory nature. Gold from the leach circuit is stripped from the carbon and recovered from solution using electro-winning, and then smelted in a furnace and poured into doré bars. Koulukodit ovat vaativan lastensuojelun asiantuntijoita. Koulukoteihin sijoitetaan huostaanotettuja peruskouluikäisiä lapsia ja nuoria, jotka ovat jollain tavoin joutuneet umpikujaan elämässään. Nuorilla voi olla päihdeongelmia, rikollisuutta, koulunkäymättömyyttä sekä käytöshäiriötä. Koulukotien ydinpalveluita ovat oma koulu, erityinen huolenpito, osastohoito, perhekotihoito sekä itsenäistymis- ja jälkihuoltopalvelut. Limingan koulutuskeskus on kuudesta valtion koulukodista suurin, vanhin ja pohjoisin yksikkö. Paikkaluku on 40. Työtekijöitä 70. Koulutuskeskus sijaitsee Limingassa, 26 kilometriä Oulusta etelään. Tarjoamme työtä, joka on monipuolista ja haasteellista. Haastat myös itsesi ja osaamisesi työn parissa. Työtämme ohjaa lastensuojelulaki. Noudatamme tarkasti lastensuojelun rajoitustoimenpiteitä. Laitokseemme on sijoitettu lastensuojelun vaativinta asiakaskuntaa ympäri Suomen. Laitoksessa on 7 osastoa ja peruskoulu. Nuoria osastoilla on 4-5. Ohjaajia aina 1-2 aamu- ja iltavuorossa per osasto. Yövuorossa meillä työskentelevät yövalvojat. Peruskoulussa henkilökuntaa on neljän opettajan lisäksi kaksi koulunkäynnin ohjaajaa sekä kaksi henkilökohtaista avustajaa. Opetusryhmässä on 4-6 nuorta. Työtä ei tehdä yksin, vaan apuna ovat kokeneet ja koulutetut työntekijät. Lisäksi laitoksessa työskentelee moniammatillinen tiimi, johon kuuluu psykologi, sosiaalityöntekijä, erikoissairaanhoitaja sekä lääkäri. Jokainen uusi työntekijä käy läpi monipuolisen perehdytyksen. Sosiaalipalvelut, lastensuojelu Limingassa n. 70 työntekjää Etsimme eri mittaisiin sijaisuuksiin opiskelijoita kouluumme sekä osastoille. Sosiaali- ja terveysala Kasvatustieteellinen Yhteiskuntatieteellinen Lääketieteellinen hakemukset sähköpostitse Olemme kehittäneet aktiivisesti työtämme: meillä on käytössä laadunhallintajärjestelmä Kartta, josta löytyvät kaikki ohjeet ja prosessit ajantasaisina. Olemme panostaneet myös työturvallisuusasioihin sekä työhyvinvointiin. Haemme motivoituneita ja ahkeria työntekijöitä eri mittaisiin sijaisuuksiin niin osasto- sekä koulutyöhön.
